Update Your Account Details
This guide helps you step by step in updating your account details.
Logging In and Changing Your Password
Upon your first login after an update, you must change your password. This is a security measure.
- Open the website and click on **"Sign In"**
- Enter your email address and current password
- After logging in, a password change dialog will automatically appear
- Enter your **current password**
- Choose a **new password** (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers)
- Repeat the new password for confirmation
- Click on **"Update Password"**
Important: You cannot proceed until the password has been changed. This is mandatory.
Verifying Your Profile After changing your password, you can update your profile.
- Click on your **profile icon** or **"Your Name"** (top right of the page)
- Click on **My Profile**
- Check if the **Account Type** is set to business. If not, change it to business.
- Entering Business Details (for business customers) If you buy from us as a business, you must enter business details.
- Click on the edit field for **"Company Name"**
- Enter your full company name
- Enter your VAT number (This is the most important field. The system checks this automatically via VIES.)
- The system will check it automatically
- If the number is valid, you will see a green confirmation.
Changing Account Type between "Business Customer" and "Private Customer".
- Go to **My Profile**
- **Account Type** select **"Private Customer"** from the dropdown menu
- Click on **"Save"** If you are a private customer, you do not need to enter business details.
